Brad was very professional and explained in detail everything he needed to do. We thought we only had 3 hrs of his time but he stayed longer and completed everything we needed done. When he found items not up to code, he gave us options. Even the original person who took our call at Orient Electric was extremely helpful and their flexibility and availability was awesome. Overall a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend them.

From first contact to installation, Orient Electric was professional, courteous, and customer-service centered. David and Tristan installed 240v for us and they managed to do the work without having to cut through any of the drywall as originally thought. I would highly recommend Orient Electric.
