A-TEMP Heating, Cooling & Electrical

The people working in the office are very pleasant and took care of me quickly. I had a response back to schedule my appointment in less than 15 minutes and was treated exceptionally over the phone. The sales representative I felt wasn't providing as good of service as I'd heard about through the comments and reviews. I felt that his approach was a little 'pushy' for my taste. Also, I had to fight pretty hard to get my point across on what would make this install good for me as a customer, some things I wanted and assurances, etc. The sales rep was more interested in the process of getting a contract than he was about providing simple service, such as listening and finding ways to accommodate my needs at my house for this AC system. (things like making sure my duct work was in good order, the fan worked properly, new lines would be sealed etc.) This is the only reason I am not giving this 5 stars. 2 things we discussed were a surprise to the technicians and not done per our agreement.

Don did a great job coming out, troubleshooting the issue, fortunately was fixable on the spot. He did a great job explaining the issues encountered and his attention to detail in explaining how to prevent future issues was very much appreciated. Justin also came out to advise on several electrical projects. He was very thorough in analyzing the conditions and the requests. He explained everything to my satisfaction. We love this company. They are always so professional and good at explaining everything they are doing. Holden was amazing. Polite, well spoken and he did a great job cleaning and servicing our air conditioner. He showed me the before and after pics of our AC unit. I can’t believe it was even working since it was so clogged up. Apparently you are supposed to take care of the unit once in a while. So glad we signed up for their plan to come out every few months and service our furnace and our air conditioner. Highly recommend them.
