We received several quotes before deciding on Giron Roofing. It was a big job as we had a clay tile roof with no sheathing. Roger provided the estimate timely and was quick to respond to any correspondence. Lester, the jobsite representative, was well informed and equally attentive. The crew members were always respectful and professional. They completed the job sooner than the estimated time. The crew remained on task and did a great job of cleaning up each evening. At all times we were contacted with anticipated start times, and they were prompt. There were a couple of issues with existing damage, and it was handled quickly and professionally. The Gutter staff was impressive as well, and the job was complete within three hours. Throughout the process, the communication was above and beyond. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Jose provided really helpful information about the high quality products they recommend for roofing and gutters, and I really appreciated his no pressure approach in providing an estimate and giving me the time i needed to make a decision. I gathered estimates from 5 companies, and i felt that Giron was the company i could trust to approach the job with strong work ethic and integrity. I particularly appreciated the detailed estimate that included additional cost i might owe if they ran into any issues replacing my very old roof.
