Great experience, I would recommend this company to my friends and family. I called and got in touch with Jacob from Beaverton Heating and Cooling on a Monday morning, he was out at my property hours later to survey my unresponsive heat pump. He checked out my entire heat/pump and furnace situation over the phone with me while I was at my office. He was a straight shooter and gave me a couple options to fix my issues depending on how long I wanted to live in the home. I appreciated his honest and no nonsense candor. The news wasn't good, I needed to basically replace both my furnace and heat pump and it was going to cost me some serious coin. They located and brought out a new heat pump and furnace on Wednesday about 48 hours later. Our AC unit broke on a day that was going to get up to 93°, which is really scary when you're home with a 4 month old and no family in the area. Thank GOODNESS for Glen, who came out the same day (every other place we called couldn't get to us for at least 2 weeks).
