When we later decided it was time for a new unit we knew they were the ONLY company to call. They are prompt and professional. We could see the quality of work. Great experience, I would recommend this company to my friends and family. I called and got in touch with Jacob from Beaverton Heating and Cooling on a Monday morning, he was out at my property hours later to survey my unresponsive heat pump. He checked out my entire heat/pump and furnace situation over the phone with me while I was at my office. He was a straight shooter and gave me a couple options to fix my issues depending on how long I wanted to live in the home. I appreciated his honest and no nonsense candor. The news wasn't good, I needed to basically replace both my furnace and heat pump and it was going to cost me some serious coin. They located and brought out a new heat pump and furnace on Wednesday about 48 hours later.
