I'm a landlord in SE Portland and used Robben & Sons Heating Inc to progressively install a total of eight (8) new air condition systems and eight (8) new furnace replacements beginning in early 2022 and completing all work just a few days ago. I could not be happier with their work. Their product line is excellent, pricing is competitive with on-schedule delivery, and they smoothly coordinated their work with each tenant. They are a family-owned company and would give them my highest recommendation for others to seriously consider them for your HVAC work. I bought my home in 1989 and old natural gas furnace had Robbens and Sons label on it. They maintained the old one and when time for a new one they installed that natural gas furnace and have been maintaining it too. Recently had an issue with the new one and repair was timely, efficient, and very reasonable. They are wonderful folks to deal with and all the ones I have met have been friendly, respectful, on time and highly competent! Service: Heating system maintenance

I chose Robben & Sons to install a heat pump in existing duct work, and was impressed with the service. From Sales, to Install, to followup, everyone was friendly and professional. There was a big issue with the install though, the unit was not cooling the house. The adapter from my duct work was poorly integrated into what they installed, with lots of gaps and bit of a messy install. However, I called and expressed the unit wasn't cooling and they were very prompt to re-visit (next day) and try to address it. They replaced parts of the existing distributor duct so it better fit the condenser unit. In the end, it looks much better but they were still unable to fix the issue and the unit was still struggling to cool the home. Once the work was complete I was quickly called to finalize the bill (within 15 minutes after the tech left) giving me little time to evaluate how things were working.
