Jon provided exceptional customer service from the moment he called to let me know he was on his way, to fixing the faucet and answering my questions along the way. He went above and beyond making sure that it all worked properly before he left and cleaned the area where he was working. Plumber came out as a dispatch from my home warranty company as the hose for kitchen faucet was leaking. He looked at it and said it needed to be replaced (Duh!). Said he would have to talk to his parts guy and would get back to me tomorrow. This happened on a Tuesday. He also offered me a "builder's grade" replacement faucet which I refused because I bought a higher end set-up when I remodeled my kitchen. Why would I put in a cheaper model? When I still hadn't heard from him, I called the company on Friday and found he had entered in the notes that a part needed to be ordered but they couldn't see that it had been ordered. The person I spoke to also said she would check and get back to me. No phone call or email once again to confirm it had been ordered. On Monday I called and was told by the person who answered that she couldn't tell if it had been ordered (even though she called their parts dept) but "imagined" it must have been ordered and because it was a speciality order, it woul

Ray came by to fix a leaking pipe under my house as part of a home warranty fix. He was quick, professional and very nice. He walked me through everything in a way that I could clearly understand and fixed the leak in just a few minutes. Would highly recommend.
