I used this company to install a water filter under the kitchen sink (a handyman job) and to unclog a toilet (a handyman job). A man showed up when I met him downstairs to accompany him to the 6th floor, as planned. We waited about 5 minutes for the apprentice to join, as the young man was waiting behind the truck out of sight, which required the man to cross the street to fetch him. They continued to use time inefficiently, i.e. instead of having an invoice with them, they had to go downstairs to the truck to pick one up. Including all the time they wasted, by the time I had the invoice in my hands, they had been on site for 50 minutes. The charge of 285 dollars for this service seemed outrageous to me, I asked to talk with Mr. Bubba Unemoto, the owner of B&G; he wanted to talk with Craig (the plumber) refusing to talk with me. Bubba was a bully who said he had quoted me that price (when he had not) and told Craig "to charge the full price me, period". I would not recommend a company

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I highly recommend them to everyone. Called B&G plumbing after contacting multiple plumbers who advertised 24 hour emergency services. They were the only company who were willing to help and made it to our home in record time. They even picked up the correct parts, replaced and fixed the faucet in our bath tub and made sure to not have the water off in our complex for longer than a couple of minutes. Thank you again! We had BNG plumbing replace all of the plumbing in my house along with some of the waste water drainage piping. Also installed a new tub in my bathroom which was good quality and doesn’t flex like cheap Home Depot tubs. Company is professional, comes prepared and ready to work.
