Jordan has fully blown me off. Our business relationship started off great, he was prompt, talented and professional. Then out of no where he started missing appointments, making excuses, and not following up on unfinished work that he has already received payment for. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but its been almost 3 weeks since I've last seen him, and 13 days since he has last replied to any number of phone calls and text messages. The guys talented, maybe just in over his head, but the fact that he asks 60% down on to schedule jobs and then doesn't come through is very suspicious. I have used Climate Kings several times during the past few years~furnace repairs, new furnace install and now an AC unit, just in time for the latest heat wave. I am super happy with the unit and the responsiveness of Jordan and his crew.
