The skylight and roof was done on a recently purchased home by #1 Northwest in 2019 and was installed incorrectly. The leak in the welds from the job caused toxic black mold in much of the ceiling and I had to hire someone else to do the repair work because Sarah, the front desk lady or secretary, wouldnt ever have Leonard Shreve call me back AT ALL to discuss it or see what we could do to proceed. She was incredibly rude both times I tried to call and talk to him and refused to transfer me through to him to see if there was anything we could accomplish. The lack of professionalism and willingness to actually comply with their own 7 year workmanship warranty was absolutely frustrating to say the least. I never got passed being able to talk to Sarah because she refused to pass on any messages it seems. Pictured is the black mold infested areas where you can still see the wetness from the leaky installation. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for roofing needs. Services: Skylight rep

They lived up too what John was telling me. He said he would do a good job and he did. Very satisfied.
