My experience with Klaus Roofing was extraordinary! Here are some of my takeaways from the experience: • Our sales rep, Casey was very pleasant, forthright, and knowledgeable about the products used on our house. • Casey was extremely responsive with us, including multiple check-ins with us prior to the install. • When a spot opened up for install, Casey contacted me to see if we wanted the slot. This was 2 weeks ahead of the original date. • Haus had a Project Manager assigned to our project. Thomas was there before the crew arrived, explained the timeline, schedule, and potential weather issues. Thomas did an exceptional job at keeping things rolling in spite of a few hiccups with the shingles, such as delivering multiple squares to the house where they installed what they could on day one. Had the shingles been delivered day one, I believe it would have been a one-day project. • What I loved about Thomas is he prepared me for the worst case scenario and over-delivered. They wrapped

The Klaus roofing team did a great job in a very timely manner and were most concerned about a through clean up of my property at the end of each day.
