Stay away from this company, they never came for the free quote and the owner decided to give us a phone quote and when the guys came out to do the work they were rude, laughed at me, made fun of my house and our purchase of the house. Said a phone quote is no good ever and that I should have asked for a quote to be done. Told him it was the owner that gave the info, he was laughing saying well it is going to cost a LOT more to do this work. So he looked around and said that would email me a quote, it has been a week and still no quote. Would never recommend this company.

They were initially very responsive, but quickly became unprofessional. There seemed to be a disconnect between the technician who came out and the main office. No real fixed estimates and the cost seemed to increase. No invoices. We switched to a bigger company and are happier. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Sewer repair

Great doing business with Alpha plumbing. They came out and fixed our issue as quickly as possible. While other companies did not return our calls. We appreciate their prompt response and coming out and fixing our leak the same day. Thank you so much for all your help.
