OMG, a high five to the owners and operators of this company! We had an emergency at home. They were working a site when we called, and they actually made it over within minutes! This was an embarrassing situation for me. Nevertheless, Alpha made us all laugh. They were super professional, fun, and they got the job DONE! I highly recommend this company over any other local companies! Our experience was excellent! Thank you Alpha Plumbing and Rooter Services!

Stay away from this company, they never came for the free quote and the owner decided to give us a phone quote and when the guys came out to do the work they were rude, laughed at me, made fun of my house and our purchase of the house. Said a phone quote is no good ever and that I should have asked for a quote to be done. Told him it was the owner that gave the info, he was laughing saying well it is going to cost a LOT more to do this work. So he looked around and said that would email me a quote, it has been a week and still no quote. Would never recommend this company.

We had an issue with the main water line in the front yard. Alpha was the first call my husband made. This being our first big issue and expense in home ownership we hadn't been in this position before. The office staff was knowledgable in the first steps and the owner was incredibly helpful in guiding us through what to do right away, including assistance in getting the water shut off. They worked us into the schedule and the guys had us back up and running within 24 hours. The guys that came were efficient and friendly. Made sure I knew what had happened with the pipe and fixed the problem! I would recommend Alpha to everyone including my mother (which I have! ).
