renaissance Roofing gets 5 stars for the job they did this fall on our home. After calling several local roofing companies I was immediately impressed with their excellent communication. They do not charge for estimate and the estimate was very competitive. I had both a shingle roof and flat roof installed by them. They took excellent notes on areas of concern to me. They showed up on time and worked quickly with a highly professional foreman, Felix, who was very responsive to any last minute changes or concerns I had. Very impressed with Renaissance.

These folks were amazing. They went out of their way (even installed the roof during that epic heat wave - I don't know how they did it!) and when they realized a skylight still needed to be installed, they let me know immediately and came to install it the next day. They cleaned up so well, we honestly had to do a doubletake to know they had come and done the job - no signs of construction anywhere outside. We used Renaissance Roofing to have a new roof put on our house last winter. While speaking with the man who did the initial quote we made it very clear that if there was any part of the fascia board that was rotten we wanted it replaced, and were assured that would be included in the quote (with the understanding that if more was found while the roof was being replaced a cost would be added on, but it would be replaced). They replaced one of our facia boards and the wood that was used already has a giant knot that has fallen out of it and looks awful. While painting our house this summer we found multiple other spots that needed to be replaced but clearly were not addressed. We are now having gutters put on and the company putting our gutters up found more rotten facia boards that were not taken care of by the roofing company. It’s frustrating because this was clearly addressed in the bid. They also drove through our yard while it was wet leaving giant tire treads in our grass.. Our
