Our technician Tim Anderson was extremely friendly & knowledgeable and had our hvac system up & running again in no time! I was shocked how quickly our issue was resolved! Normally I have severe anxiety around people I don’t know, especially if they’re coming to my house for repairs etc but he was very professional and pleasant, I didn’t even have any anxiety or worries. Excellent service. Brandon arrived on time, helped us understand what the issue was and how to keep it from happening again. Brandon did an exceptional service job from start to finish.He is professional yet friendly and knows his work. Very happy with Alpine and our ductless system.
Our outside unit stopped working, and we weren't particularly happy with another company we had used in the past so we decided to give Alpine a try. Brandon came to the home as scheduled, and was able to identify the issue right away (rats chewed through wiring and short circuited the fuse). He explained the issue really well, and replaced the wire in the crawl space expeditiously. Highly recommend.
