Super happy with this find. All the other shops I called told me the end of December or January is the soonest they could have someone come LOOK at what we need or they didn't call me back at all. I called Automatic Heat and they sent someone the next day. The prices are reasonable, and all the staff I spoke with were very friendly. This company is great. I previously ordered three mini-splits, one outdoor air handler unit, and other equipment accessories from Alpine Home Air Products online. The online company sent them a work order request and I was given a quote after a quick visit to my address, which was very reasonably priced! I am very pleased of the install. They even installed the drainage lines that weren't included from my online purchase. They also subcontract electricians to do the electrical work that is needed for the install if you do not have an electrician in mind. The staff is very knowledgeable. The office manager told me that this kind of install could give me a rebate based on the equipment I purchased, and sure enough, I had contacted EWEB and Automatic heat worked with them to give me $800 rebate back, wow amazing!
