Expert roofing has been an absolute pleasure to work with from the start. Their customer service was super helpful & put me in touch with someone to come evaluate our situation fairly quickly. This is no ordinary roofing company. I had a tricky project with a 16-sided roof, and the finished roof is first-rate. The workmanship is superb, and every component is top quality. Not only that, I felt like they were with me every step of the way. Every person I interacted with was ethical and caring, and treated me like a real person. I just want to start off by saying I am not posting this review on behalf of the company I work for (I will not be mentioning the company), who requested I reach out to get an estimate for a roof repair/replacement. This is specifically my own personal review of my encounter with the company. When Expert roofing showed up, they were on time, and even called an hour before coming to confirm their arrival, which was great, as a lot of business don't usually do that (at least in my personal experience). I took them out and showed them what I needed fixed/replaced etc., the fellows, who I believe are named Taylor and Seth were very professional and spent a good portion working on their customer service skills to get to know the company I worked for, as well as to see if I had any questions or other concerns regarding the estimate, which was great.
