Best Septic Tank Pumping

So I called them to see if they were available. They said they could have someone out that day I said great do you know when?they said they didn't. I said I was going to call around they called me right back. And said they'd be out in an hour and a half. They were late and then they snuck in and $100 emergency fee which I was not told about whatsoever. When I called to complain they basically said tough luck I will not be using them again ever and they greased me for $100. Not to mention they told me it would be $500 and when my bill was written up it was $825. Poor customer service save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

!!!!PLEASE READ!!!! So we just needed a basic pump. Asked when we could schedule a good time. They said Next Tuesday or Wednesday providing we ask our Landlord to get permission to come onto the premises. Which makes sense. We were quoted $495 since they didn’t have to dig to get to our septic tank. So our landlord phoned them to give permission. Our landlord said specifically it wasn’t an emergency! And they said Monday and Tuesday wasn’t available anymore but “they could squeeze us in today if we were available” So we said sure. The guy came… it was simple and easy. But they charged us $600!! When we asked why he said the dispatcher called him and said it’s an emergency and we needed it immediately…. Neither us or our landlord said any such thing. When we explained. The guy said his hands were tied. But to call the company. And even the man who pumped it said there was no way that was an emergency and if true it was a cheap shot… so we called our landlord to double check… make sure h

We have Best septic pump our tank so we could replace our Orangeburg drains. They arrived on time and were very fair with the pumping fee. Very happy!
