Best Septic Tank Pumping

We had our septic tank pumped by Best Septic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks. The service technician called me while he was in his way to Junction City and arrived right on time. He was very knowledgeable about septic systems and took the time to explain how baffles work, and how to promote growth of good bacteria. He was careful and conscientious with our lawn. And he was professional and efficient in every way, and I still felt like he provided excellent customer service. Thank you, Best Septic!

Best Septic did a fantastic job of bailing me out when my septic alarm went off. It was 4th of July weekend and they still got here ASAP. Their technician, David was extremely professional and helpful. Turns out the issue I thought I had (and had authorized doing) was not the problem. David fixed it quickly and ended up saving me a lot of money that I didn't need to spend. We will use Best Septic every time from here on out.
