We had a tech guy come out to fix our Mr Cool right before the triple digits hit a couple weeks ago and Johnny was so respectful and courteous. He spoke about getting us set up on a maintenance plan so before the weather changes again he will come back out and make sure it’s copacetic going into winter, which we signed up for as we haven’t had it serviced since it was installed. We contacted Home Comfort Heating and had same day service with we were so grateful for as our house sat at 85 degrees. I highly recommend this Home Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning!

Keith was the technician that came to do my maintenance. He was friendly and thorough. It was helpful that he answered a question I asked about an upcoming remodel in the room where my main unit is. Even my dog thought he was great. Thank you Keith!

We had difficulties with our heat pump during the hottest part of the summer of 2023. We called several companies and they advised us that they could not get to our project for at least a week or two. We called Comfort Home because they were the next company on our list. They sent Patrick Brown and he arrived at our home the same day. After several hours Patrick determined that we needed a new fan motor and advised us of the cost and that he would be able to install the new motor the next day. Patrick appears to be a young man of personal and professional integrity. He kept us informed as we went through the installation process and carefully followed the time lines that he established with us. We not only recommend him but we will insist that he be our technician as needed.
