Bonn Roof Care

We've used Bonn for several different roof and gutter issues since moving to Eugene. Each time they have been incredibly helpful, going above and beyond what was expected, and not stopping until the underlying issues were completely resolved. They are very easy to work with, their prices have been reasonable, and they've had excellent communication with me throughout each project. Service: Roof repair

My husband called Bonn Roofing for an estimate on some repairs to be done on our roof. He communicated clearly and specifically to the young man that was sent out giving measurements and showing him exactly what he wanted. He repeated what he wanted double checking to be very clear. We agreed and set the date. My husband was gone for an appointment when the workers came. When he returned he saw that they had not done what was discussed. When my husband called their office, the person who he spoke to was extremely arrogant, argumentative, and kept talking over my husband. We spent $300 for basically nothing. My husband kept trying to communicate the problem but with no success and NO effort to compromise or make it right. We will not ever use them again. Our trust has been broken. On 4/12/2022, I contacted Bonn Roof Care and requested a quote for moss removal on my tile roof. The quote was $1,245.00. The spring was a long wet spring, literally until July 2022, so we decided to wait. On 4/14/2023, I re-engaged the owners of Bonn Roof Care because they had been so quick to provide a quote the year prior. I requested an updated quote because I assumed there would be a price increase since it had been a year. Bailey Lloyd, of Bonn Roof Care, sent me an updated email with a quote for moss removal for $1,455.00. On 4/20/2023, I emailed the owner, Todd Lloyd, of Bonn Roof Care, and confirmed receipt of the updated quote from 4/14/2023 and asked about scheduling timeframe. I confirmed via email that I accepted the updated quoted price of $1,455.00. I was told scheduling would be a day or two at a time due to weather and would be added to the schedule and receive a call a day prior to service. I confirmed that any day would work for the service.
