Evergreen roofed our home 30 years ago. It cost around $10 K. I asked for a bid and it came in at $118,000. I believe they overcharge people and would advise everyone looking to re-roof to get a different company.
This is a very good shop to work for. The camaraderie between the workers is amazing. They have a close affinity with their trades,and continue to surprise me on a daily basis.
Love my new roof. They stripped my old roof, put down new decking, vented my attic properly, and laid a gorgeous new roof in a fast 1.5 days. They cleaned up afterwards as well, something I've never experienced with roofers. No stray nails or shingles in my yard! I also work odd hours and they were able to communicate over email as I sleep during normal business hours. Its been 5 months and I have no complaints. Would use them again.
