Stay out of Roseburg! They are high pressure sales people that don’t even do the work themselves. Upscale and won’t take no for an answer. They will tell you that you need a new roof if you only need a shingle replaced. He told me my whole roof was soft and needed replaced for around $40k. I had to respectfully make him leave. Bryan Jackson was the rep they sent. He bad mouthed his own brother in law which I have known since birth and one of my best life long friends. He tried convincing me my roof was soft everywhere. It still has 10 years on the warranty and I walked every inch of the roof and could not find a single soft spot. My original roofer is coming back and replacing the couple shingles that blew off last year from a bad wind storm. Stay away from these criminals.
