I worked for Charles for three days and he is a terrible employer. He had me hang plastic up at Jo Anne's fabrics it was ugly and in effective I feel bad they employed him. Next day he has me build a cover for a crawlspace, after I told him that I didn't have experience in carpentry. I build it and he flips it multiple times it became to pull apart we used nails, he gets nasty with about my poor craftsmanship.i just it ignore it. Next day were on a three story roof, he says OSHA might come by because he has had problems with them before, he tells me to lie to them and tell them I'm volunteering my time. We were performing very unsafe work practices we weren't tied off and he had me cleaning the gutters with my hands! He tells me to meet him in the morning he then blows me off for a week finally get ahold of him to get paid and he tells me to bring me his hat back. I get paid after a week of him dodging me. If you can help it don't work for him and if you do tell him Heath says fu+k yo

Don't bother with this guy. Called him on a Thursday morning, to see if he was available to come bid on a small deck roof. He said he would come out the next morning, at 930am. 1030 rolls around, and he still hasnt showed. We have stuff to do! So, I finally get a hold of him and his response is that "he forgot, can he come between 12 and 2." At 1 he called back and asked if he could come between 4 and 6, and he never showed up, or called. Our whole day we wasted, waiting around for this guy. Don't waste your time, too.

Called to have him come out and do some repairs and when I asked him if he had time in the afternoon as opposed to the morning after ten minutes of explaining repairs I needed, he said “Nope, just cancel this then” and literally hung up on me. Super glad I looked at reviews after this bizarre phone call because he looks horrible and I would have cancelled after reading these anyways. Thanks for 0 care for your business.
