This company does not do a good job of inspecting old remodeled houses with plaster walls that have electrical upgrades. Their opinion of knob and tube wiring is incorrect. They need to do there homework with an electrical engineer regarding the quality. International Association of Certified Home Inspectors does not require knob and tube wiring to be replaced. These electricians who disclaim knob and tube wiring are selling buyers new work and doing sellers a costly discredit. They do not give an estimate for the work just an opinion. Not helpful or constructive.
