Clawson helped me with a furnace issue on a weekend. The dispatch and the technician were both very friendly and professional and I appreciated being able to get on the schedule quickly. They even did a follow-up visit when my furnace shut down again a day later. My only 2 criticisms were lack of transparency on pricing during the job (I was very surprised at the amount of the bill) and even after 2 visits and all that $, I had to call another vendor.... it was a simple pressure switch that needed to be replaced (not likely a clog in the ventilation).
