Hoodview Heating & Air Conditioning

I didn't end up using Hoodview, but I talked to Brian on the phone and he walked me through an issue I was having with my thermostat. He didn't have to do it, but he took time out of his day to help me with my problem as much as he was able to. I'll be using this business for my future HVAC needs.

I am so impressed with this company. I called them looking for a second opinion about our furnace. A different company quoted us a $800 fix. The owner didn’t have time to come out to look at our furnace, so he listened to the issues we were having, and gave us recommendations on how to DIY fix it on our own. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and will be calling them for all our future needs. Thank you!

Brian came within 24 hrs from my call, and he promptly diagnosed the problem with my heat pump. Very knowledgeable and professional. He was back the next day with replacement part and our A/C is working great again. Definetely a positive experience! Great job, Brian!!
