Carlos pressure-washed my house, painted fence, fixed the electrical in my kitchen and has transformed my back yard by solving a big problem with a retaining wall. We’ve hired Carlos on 2 separate occasions- once to install 2 new toilets and a second time to replace 4 outdoor light fixtures and install a motion sensor light with security camera. Carlos’ work is impeccable and on budget! He possesses excellent communication skills, he’s punctual, honest and is affordable. Carlos approaches every job with enthusiasm and is efficient with his time. Carlos is great about letting us know where he can fit us into his schedule. We plan to hire Carlos again in the future for more projects around our home! The only difficulty we’ve encountered is trying to get on his schedule because he’s so busy but his services are worth the wait.

I sent emails and called for the past couple of days, but still haven't heard back. Maybe he just doesn't have the capacity because all I see are good reviews. But first impressions carry a lot of weight, so I will be looking elsewhere.
