This company provided a complete v/s heat pump and air handling unit for 20% less than that quoted from another PGE-recommended company, for exactly the same deliverables. Quick and professional response during all aspects of our interactions with them. After over 3 months of winter, we love the system - quiet, easy to use, very comfortable (always on target). Technician showed up on time but only stayed 20 minutes. Comfort Solutions installed our system 3.5 years ago so it was time for a cleaning and tune up. The burners were NOT cleaned which I believe is the critical part of the furnace. I am very disappointed after the great job they did installing the unit. Most other companies do include this service and for $170 I feel ripped off. Wont be using them again Service: Heating system maintenance
