Freddy's team replaced my roof last week. I got his contact after I saw him replacing the roof of half my block in the last 3 years, those roofs look amazing, I kept in touch with him, until I was ready to replace mine. He is very responsive and easy to work with. We agreed on doing my roof, once there was a window to work on my roof he contacted me the week ahead to check if I was ready, His team was super clean and diligent, they picked up all screws, debris. Yes, we had noise for 3 days, as it's expected, but in general, the team was very flexible as I work from home. My skylight had some visible debris, he came back and removed all that. It was convenient that they also do pressure washing, as they were able to clean up a bit leaving my house looking stunning with a brand new roof. Freddie replaced our roof in October, 2022. After getting five bids from roofing companies, Freddie, the owner, was the most reasonably priced and made us feel comfortable trusting him to do the job right. He was very thorough in his explanations and offered options that suited our needs. We needed to replace our gutters and he did that too. He actually works with his crew on the job, so he's available to answer any questions during installation. The crew was friendly and accommodating and always cleaned up the site at the end of the workday. We are EXTREMELY happy with the work and will continue to work with Freddie for annual pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Be sure to give Freddie a chance to bid on your next roof!!
