Rubi Heating and Cooling

Had our hvac stop working overnight during a cold spell. When other companies were over a week out they stopped by that night. Ordered and picked up the needed part next business day and had me up and running a week before other business would have made the initial visit. Can't recommend enough. I scheduled an appointment with Rubi to come out and clean the HVAC and dryer vent at a new house that we moved into. The day of my scheduled appointment they cancelled and said that their truck was not working properly. I asked to be contacted and rescheduled when they were able to provide the service. No response. I sent a follow up email and that was 10 days ago.... still no response! I would recommend finding a company that will actually follow through with their commitments. Rubi Heating and Cooling is obviously not the company.

Highly recommend. Our AC went out on the hottest week of the year and they were able to make a special appointment within two days. Other businesses I contacted would take two weeks or more. The tech was very informative and went over every aspect of each component and what the problem might be. He showed me the defective part that was replaced and why. Great small business that cares about their service. As most of us know this is hard to get these days. Thumbs up to Rubi Heating and Cooling. Thanks for the quick response to a hotter than hell house.(90+) My wife no longer complains. Service: A/C system maintenance
