Top notch service. Rene showed me the issues, gave me the options, and I didn't ever feel pressured or like I was being upsold. He was quick and super clean in his work, too. Our unit was overdue for service and it was spotless when it was done. I can tell the difference in our home's air quality, for sure. I will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend. Our AC went out on the hottest week of the year and they were able to make a special appointment within two days. Other businesses I contacted would take two weeks or more. The tech was very informative and went over every aspect of each component and what the problem might be. He showed me the defective part that was replaced and why. Great small business that cares about their service. As most of us know this is hard to get these days. Thumbs up to Rubi Heating and Cooling.
