Had our hvac stop working overnight during a cold spell. When other companies were over a week out they stopped by that night. Ordered and picked up the needed part next business day and had me up and running a week before other business would have made the initial visit. Can't recommend enough. Absolutely the most amazing repair company out there. It’s 115 degrees in Hillsboro today and our AC went out last night. We have a 5 week old baby and couldn’t find anyone even emergency services to come out and repair it. When I spoke to Rubi, he explained how booked he was but said he could try to come out at the end of the day today or tomorrow. Was honest in saying he couldn’t promise anything. So we went ahead and moved forward and at 330 today he said he was on his way. I couldn’t be happier. Got right to work, was friendly, professional and my own personal hero! With the temps not getting better until late next week we were desperate to have this repaired and terrified having a young baby in the house. Would recommend Rubi HVAC to anyone!!!
