Fantastic service and very timely! Quick to responded and no nonsense involved. Replaced both furnace and ac unit in no time at all! Great local business
The two technicians are very friendly and quick to respond. I only had about 24 hours without AC (it was mid 90s and we work from home, so it was important to get it up and running ASAP). It was a weird flat rate pricing. The bandaid fix was $1.5k, up to almost $10k for a new unit. They had intermediate service plans as well. Keep in mind that all of the service plans, except the “bandaid” fix has warranty and X years of servicing. But my furnace and condenser is only 5 years old ! It was just the condenser that had an issue. So I chose the intermediate service plan to get it going. I did some research afterwards and found that I likely overpaid by a lot. I guess the high price is for the peace of mind for the next 3 years.
My heating system broke down during a cold snap, but this company's crew came to the rescue! Their fast response time and efficient service had my heat back up and running in no time. Five stars!
