The gentleman showed up early and left without any notice then proceeded to call the police because my house was not superclean even though I had broken my hip 5 days earlier, plus I had to move items for the guy to get to the breaker box and my kid and her husband were in the middle of cleaning. Highly unprofessional I will never deal with this company again when all I wanted was some information and an estimate

Adam totally exceeded expectations; calm, courteous, knowledgeable presentation. Not only did he (1) triage my situation, (2) quickly assess the problem, (3) but he demonstrated sincere care for my condition. I could not write my check fast enough and feel that I got "the best bang for my buck". I have a CPA, an attorney, a doctor, a plumber and now I have an electrician; I am so grateful.
