We had a great experience with this company. We needed a small section of siding replaced and a few companies we contacted wouldn't do the project unless we redid siding on the whole house. They were reasonably priced, communicative, done in a day and they perfectly color-matched the rest of our house and cleaned up great afterward. They even left a gallon of excess paint for us when they finished. I'd definitely recommend this crew!

We were new to Oregon and didn't know where to start, so we just started looking online and we happened upon JLV. Their bid was significantly quicker and better than the other three bids that we received, so we were skeptical; but after talking with Nephi, we were assured that they were legit and would do what we needed: new roof, skylights, and some repairs. They had a crew of 10 on some days because they had to tear off cedar shingles and put down plywood on the few days of good weather. They were polite, knowledgeable, helpful--AND they cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly, the crew seemed to work with a lot of joy in their labor! Our roof is beautiful and the neighbors have been complimentary. If you need roofers around Portland, these guys must be the best-and happiest--value around. I highly recommend JLV Consturction. Starting with Asael Rivas Sales Manager. Asael was on time and checked where the leak was coming from, also went up in the attic to check for other issues and the garage also. He offered to put a tarp on the area that was leaking which I appreciated very much. His professionalism, kindness and respect to me was outstanding. Thank you Asael. The price of replacing my roof was very reasonable. Others I got were ridiculous. I was so impressed with the crew, what was so amazing was after each day at quitting time they cleaned up as if they were never here. The forman Victor was very attentive and polite. Always asking if there are any questions to just ask. He made sure evrything was to my liking. I would like to give a special thanks to the owner Jorge Venegas for having such an amazing crew.
