Great work, on budget! I filled out an online form with Zap 2 weeks ago. They called me within the hour to get details on the project. I needed outlets and a fan in my main bath. They broke down the estimate right there on the phone which was a HUGE time saver. They asked me to send a picture of the panel so they could get a good idea. Talk about using technology to be more efficient. I can't use a "before" picture, because there wasn't one--our mid-century rancher had none to begin with. That being said, I was very concerned with making sure the work didn't look out of place. The guy arrived ON TIME to do the work and completed it within about 3 hours. That is amazing! It looks great, works perfectly, solves my problems, was on budget...what else can I say? I'll be calling Zap for more work in the future. So friendly and easy to work with.

Requested quote for new hot tub electrical install. Received a call and scheduled a walk through within the hour. Zap Electric provided me great service. They got me in right away and showed up 5 minutes early for the appointment window. They were able to diagnose my breaker panel issue quickly and well within my budget. I would recommend to anyone and will be using them in the future.
