Brandon is a top notch plumber. I have looked high and low for someone like him. It is super hard to find a great plumber. Would never call anyone else. He has worked on several jobs of mine and has always done excellent work! I never have to micro manage or second guess his work. I am always happy to recommend him to family and friends because I know he will always give excellent customer service and exceed their expectations. I had a man excellent experience with BP Plumbing. Every interaction was very professional and I could tell Brandon knew what he was doing. He advised me on what he thought would be best for our situation but wasn’t pushy or recommending things we didn’t need. He caught some incorrect duct work from the previous water heater install, and even went back to the store to pick up the correct materials when he came to install instead of trying to force something incorrect into place. His rates were reasonable, he was timely, he didn’t mark up materials, and he is a friendly guy that is easy to talk to. The only negative I can think of was there was a little over a weeks wait to get our water heater installed but I think all the trades are slammed right now so it didn’t bother us. Everything about our experience with BP was great. It took Brandon only a couple hours to fix our leaky bathroom drain and pipes. He was quick, knowledgeable, and very respectful.
