I highly recommend Brandon! He is very professional and does A++ work at a very reasonable price. During pendamic, the hardest thing to find were available plumbers. When you get lucky with one, they overcharge you by an astronomical price for a really average job. We have been having a crazy week with pipe leakages and water heater problems occurring one after another. Despite being extremely busy, Brandon was extremely kind and squeezed time to help us. He kept every promised appointments, came right at the dot, and fixed every issue under a fair price. I don't know how to thank Brandon enough for all that he has help us. I had a man excellent experience with BP Plumbing. Every interaction was very professional and I could tell Brandon knew what he was doing. He advised me on what he thought would be best for our situation but wasn’t pushy or recommending things we didn’t need. He caught some incorrect duct work from the previous water heater install, and even went back to the store to pick up the correct materials when he came to install instead of trying to force something incorrect into place. His rates were reasonable, he was timely, he didn’t mark up materials, and he is a friendly guy that is easy to talk to. The only negative I can think of was there was a little over a weeks wait to get our water heater installed but I think all the trades are slammed right now so it didn’t bother us.
