I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Where do I start?! A live person answers the phone! Frequently service is offered next day or within the week. From the beginning the customer‘s needs are placed first. We have had Crown help us with several projects and I will never call anyone else. Skylar replaced our kitchen faucet. He was knowledgeable, kind, and obviously cares. He was able to answer all our questions, provided great service and did his best to keep costs down for this and another upcoming project. I felt very good about my second experience with Crown Plumbing. This time they sent out Rob to my Maywood Park home. I had a pipe that was leaking due to an improperly installed pipe for my washing machine. It had been leaking water into the crawl space under the kitchen. Rob carefully diagnosed the problem and then estimated the cost based on the specific repair not the time spent on the project. For about an hour long project the expense came to around $450. The first time they sent out Skylar for a bit more complicated repair to a frozen outdoor water pipe. It was about a two hour repair for around $450. Skylar worked with me on the price of the materials used to keep the cost what I considered to be reasonable. Thanks you two!!!

I called over half a dozen plumbers when my pipes froze and burst on Christmas Day. Crown Plumbing was only one of 2 to return my call. The other company said they couldn't do any work until the end of January! Crown Plumbing managed to schedule me in as soon as possible. When Skylar came out to estimate the damage, he was excellent to deal with. His communication was fantastic explaining what needed done and when he could do it. He worked long hours down in my cold and wet crawlspace fixing the issue with a very positive attitude. The initial fix didn't completely solve the issue so he came back the following evening on his way home to correct the final piece. I can't say enough about how fantastic Skylar was to work with.
