We found C C & L Roofing Co back in 2015 after purchasing a new home and identifying a need to repair an old and now somewhat brittle tile roof; we have had several interactions with the company since that time. Every time we have reached out to C C & L, we have found every aspect of engaging with them to be extremely positive starting from the moment we made our first phone call for service, dealing with the individuals who make onsite repairs, and the follow-up that takes place afterword during closeout. Having experience dealing with all aspects of construction and having worked with hundreds of different companies in various capacities, I can honestly say, C C & L is exceptional in every way. Their exemplary customer service, quality craftsmanship, and outstanding warranty make them an easy choice when considering who to choose for your next roofing project/repair. Our experience has made us a customer for life!

Was very disappointed in C C & L's customer service! We have been on a long search for vintage replacement tiles for a roof repair and contacted this company to see if they have any of the tiles. They abruptly told us to call somebody else--that they are in Oregon and don't ship. I am assuming that they were too lazy to find out for us if they have any of the tiles or not. We are well-aware they are in Oregon--we contacted them! I'm wondering how a company this disinterested in customers stays in business at all. I can only imagine how difficult it would have been if we had done business with them. I certainly DO NOT recommend them for anything.

These folks are an excellent outfit. Great communication, professional work ethic, safe working practices, and an excellent finished product with a warranty you can count on (if it ever comes up).
