Greensavers did a great job start to finish. Easy to work with and knowledgable staff. On one occasion the front door and 3 windows were left wide open when arrived back home. Charlie and Paul were diligent at helping solve issues when they arose. System is working great so far. We also had insulation added to attic and walls with more attic vents installed. Insulation team also did great job. Services: Install thermostat, Install AC, Ductless heating & A/C services
The past two summers have been unbearably hot in my 1943 home. My upstairs bedrooms have no ducts so central air was not an option. Greensavers just installed a heat pump and 3 mini-split indoor units--one in each upstairs bedroom which should cool the entire upstairs and a larger unit on the main floor which should cool the main floor. I can also use the system for heating my entire house if I choose. (I currently have a gas furnace.). I am recommending Greensavers to friends who are also considering installing a heat pump. Great service for installation, bad service for repairs. I had a heat pump system installed professionally and timely by GreenSavers during the summer of 2021. The system performed so much better than my old baseboard heaters! I received great customer service during the installation process. About 2 months ago, my heating system upstairs broke. GreenSavers was quick to come out and diagnose the issue but then dropped the ball. For a month and a half I have been going back and forth with them trying to get my unit repaired. Initially the replacement part was on order, which is understandable. After almost a full month without communication I had to check in to see what the status was. Once the part was ordered I had to check in multiple times to try and get the repair scheduled. Last week on the day of the repair a tech was hurt and they were unable to perform the repair. Again, completely understandable. They failed to reschedule the repair in a timely manner and I had to bug them to
