These guys are rude and don't seem to care about our business. They're too busy helping people off the street to help a legit heating professional. Once they do finally help you, they don't know what they're talking about. We will never go back.
Total jerks! He looked me up and down, and didn't believe me when I told him I was a contractor! Is this because I was a Woman?? There was no offer to help! Just attitude, all I needed was a filter! But he refused to HELP ME!
