Home Services at The Home Depot

Bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot, so far very happy with our purchase. But their employees to help with us checking over the washer and dryer to make sure it wasn’t damaged in shipping wasn’t very cooperative in helping open the boxes where we could see our appliances and didn’t have very good attitudes at all. We were told by our salesperson to check over our appliances to make sure nothing was damaged before accepting it. Cause if we accepted and got it home and found any damage Home Depot wouldn’t cover the damage! So we were just following the salesperson directions and their employees helping to load our appliances treated us like we were being jerks for asking to check out the appliances before accepting them and putting them in my truck. Home Depot needs to have a talk with their employees on what their policies are and what the responsibilities of their loaders are, if they want customers to inspect their items that’s been ordered all boxed up where customers can’t ins
