Dustin and Jerome were excellent. They were very thorough in their safety inspection, understood what we needed done, provided details of their findings, completed all the work in a timely manner, explaining everything they did, and provided us with a write up with photos afterward. Called last week to have a thermostat repaired so we wouldn't be stuck with 90+ degree temperatures in our house. They had a team out today, and they had it fixed in a flash. Dustin and Jerome were very friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me in detail, and I never felt like I was being pushed to pay for more than I needed. Safety concerns were immediately brought up to me, and they corrected every one they found. Any area that they were able to work with me on the price, they did. They made some recommendations for future work I can have done to further increase the comfort in the house, and gave a lot of info about how I can do some things ahead of time to help keep the cost down. They were also very patient with our rescue dog who is wary of men. Having work like this done can so often feel stressful and confusing, and they did everything they could to keep it understandable and affordable for us. I was having major electrical issues and Mr. Electric called me back, got me an appointment the following Tuesday and had everything fixed by Friday. Sergey was fantastic with explaining everything in detail and helping me deal with contacting the power company and permits, etc...Very respectful of my home and property. The service fee was around $400 initialy but he actually diagnosed the problem whereas other electricians just guessed and gave me wildly different estimates. Very upfront and clear about the pricing.
