They removed our old siding, gutters and downspouts and cleaned up the mess. Then they insulated the walls, installed new siding, gutters and downspouts and did a beautiful paint job! They were very fast and efficient, using specialized crews for each phase of the project, and got the job done faster than we thought possible. They were in the low/mid-range as far as price, but gave us top-tier service and an extremely effective and beautiful project. KVN installed all new windows, a new roof and gutters, and replaced the old vinyl siding and painted our 1942 house. It was an extensive outside remodel and totally transformed the look of the house. KVN's workmanship and customer service left us feeling like we have a quality roof that will last a long time. The sales team did a great job explaining the many options so we could be well informed when selecting the roof that is right for us. The roofers were courteous, worked hard, and demonstrated their skill by installing smart vents which will help maximize the life of our roof. If you plan on doing any change order jobs outside of the general contract's scope, I recommend getting as much information as possible on the proposed work. The roofers accidentally spilled water into an open roof panel, but they worked quickly to resolve the issue.
