Jose was terrific...knowledgeable and efficient. Before starting the job, he asked questions about the drain problem and discussed cost per hour. After he cleared the downspout drain he ran a camera probe down the pipe and explained his findings to me. We've used Lovett in the past to clear plugged drains and have always been pleased with their work! Service: Drain cleaning
Everything was great EXCEPT...brand new plants dug up incorrectly, broken pipe, slashed hose, marked up pavers that I have to fix, lawn kill from the excavator and excavator operator error sliced my lawn. Was offered seed which I would have to water in the middle of the summer. Although they were honest about the everything it all still happened. They paid for 2 replacement shrubs but now they are mismatched. I didn't want to complain because we all know how that goes and I wanted to wait awhile to see how the plants and grass would recover. I was optimistic. After a few months and the bills were paid, this is what it looks like. Should I call them, probably, but frankly all of this should have never happened in the first place. I just don't want to deal with them. Summary I would only recommend Lovett for commercial jobs since they have the $$$ to fix the aftermath. As a residential owner I would not recommend them. tl, dr: Not cheap and 100% worth it. So happy I chose Lovett for concrete and drain work. Needed concrete and a drain replaced because water was coming down our driveway and pooling up. Also.. our basement garage wall that faces Mt. Tabor leaks. I got two quotes, Lovett was 2x the other but I went with them because I wanted it done right and... it's concrete, you don't get a second chance. I was so happy I did, the crew was pro and friendly. I felt confident from before they started. Jaimie was the lead, who was in touch and on site multiple times. Jeff, Mick/Nick and Diego were also great. Check the detail in the pics with the drain, the P trap has it's own cleanout and they added a backflow preventer thingee. It's all graded properly too.
