EXCELLENT!!! I had an emergency plumbing leak after hours with my only toilet suddenly flushing under the bathroom flooring, into the wall and dripping the dirty sewage water all the way through the ceiling into the kitchen below it. I called Lovett around 10:30pm and they had plumber Gary H. to my house within a hour of calling to help diagnose and repair the problem! He was prompt, communicative, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Gary went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure my plumbing issues were quickly and fully resolved! Loved our experience with Lovett! We came in to the office and the water heater had leaked all over the floor and hallway carpet. Lovett sent out a technician (Andrew) within 2 hours. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and able to replace our water heater within a few hours. We are so grateful to Andrew and the Lovett team for resolving our water heater leak so quickly!
