For a girl from the country on a septic -moving to the city and having a sewer line replacement after living here for two months was a nightmare if it weren’t for the staff of Lovett. All the men involved in this very big job were not only professional but kind and responsive-more like plumbing therapists! The hard and diligent work of Jeff and Nick under incredibly bad weather was commendable. They were patient in explaining the process and kept me informed all along of the process. I have never seen such hard workers. They were focused, driven and entrusted in me confidence for such a complicated job. In summary I love Lovett! In addition I would like to extend a special thank you for Brian the estimator who went beyond the call of duty for his part in this sewer replacement.

Jose was terrific...knowledgeable and efficient. Before starting the job, he asked questions about the drain problem and discussed cost per hour. After he cleared the downspout drain he ran a camera probe down the pipe and explained his findings to me. We've used Lovett in the past to clear plugged drains and have always been pleased with their work! Service: Drain cleaning
