This is my 2nd time using Meticulous Plumbing. The plumber was John, a professional and friendly guy. He fixed my kitchen sink drain in record time. So incredibly thankful for Meticulous Plumbing. Whenever you have a main water line breech between the meter and your house, its never good. Seth and Alan showed up precisely on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, were amazingly professional and even repaired the problem the same day. I was stunned at the exceptional level of customer service. Meticuluous was referred by another plumbing company that was unable or uninterested. The schedule for a new roof accelerated and left me with a narrow window for determining if a sewer pipe vent could be moved during the roofing project to avoid interference with future solar panel placement. They came out right away for the consultation and were able to arrange to do the job on the same call to allow the roofers to start on schedule the next day. They also suggested a solution that simplified the venting so no coordination was necessary with the roofing company. I have no idea yet about the quality of the work and I had no time to comparison shop. It was a small project that Meticulous kept small and simple, and completed immediately, which was of great value to me.
