Thank you Paul and Josh for coming so quickly to install the water line for my new fridge. I can not thank you enough for identifying the rotton pipe and fixing things to the way they ahould be! I have always felt comfortable and confident in the work that you have done for me over the years and appreciate your honesty and integrity! Paul sent Benjamin out to stop my kitchen sink faucet from leaking. He determined it needed to be rebuilt and it took about 2 hours of labor including him going to the store. So, now instead of leaking, the handle pops off and a geyser of water shoots to my ceiling. Benjamin came out one more time and worked on it, and the same day it popped off again. Now he tells me we need to start from square one and install a whole new faucet. The thing I think is curious is that my faucet wasn't actually broken before, it was just leaking. So, Paul's Plumbing broke my faucet and charged me about $200 for it. Great.

I just had a very poor interaction with the owner, not the crew of this company. My entire house is being remodeled after buying it and finding out that the flip company did poor work and therefore all the plumbing and a large majority of the house needs to be replaced or fixed. Very upsetting ordeal. I currently only have a bathroom sink and toilets working. A crew came out and quoted us and the employee that came out was greatly t! Very knowledgeable and understanding to our situation. Their quote came back the highest out of four we got in the area. But, we still decided to call them back and see when they could start the job given his employees knowledge and character. The owner told me the majority of his crew was sick and they could not start the job for 2 weeks, but would call me back if he thought his crew could start sooner so we could finalize things.
