After a harsh winter serge, our kitchen sink, dishwasher and adjoining building's toilet and sink stopped working all at once. I called on a Monday morning and was told they were busy but they'd do what they could to fit us in, but it would be at most a week away. It turned out it took only two days. Terry and his son came out and fixed it. When we experienced additional problems overnight, he came first thing the next day and fixed it, no charge! Terry came to bid a water softener system. He was very thorough and informative. While he was at my house I shared another issue with a leaky water main. Great service from start to finish. Scheduler was pleasant and got right back to me. Terry arrived on time. Explaining everything to me and also showed me how to turn water off at street if we ever needed to do this. While he was on site he asked if I needed anything else done.
