Fantastic service, but expensive. They quoted me at $487 per clogged drain, and then gave me a 2 for 1 deal, resulting in $487 total for 2 clogged drains. $240 per drain is still quite a bit

Claimed they could not quote a spigot replacement over the phone, so paid for them $79 to come out, and after glancing at the spigot leaking, told me their standard pricing for spigot replacement is $700. I am left wondering why they bothered to send someone out in the first place, as they were already aware of the standard pricing. They could have simply informed me of the pricing over the phone, allowing me to decide if it was reasonable or not.

I called the company at night, as my water heater was leaking, and I was draining it, spoke to a woman, had it all set up, for the next morning, asked if there was a service charge- she said no. Good, scheduled the appointment. Get the call, a service tech was on his way. 2min later I get another call, actually there is a $99 service fee or he won't be coming. I told him I asked about that the night before, can it be waived?- it was their mistake. NO. Then he added the pressure- so I have to know if I should call our man off the job right now because he's in route. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- hide the fee, pressure the customer when the tech is already in route- I asked if the owner would wave the fee for their mistake. NO. No cost estimate as reassurance. Don't use this company.
