Claimed they could not quote a spigot replacement over the phone, so paid for them $79 to come out, and after glancing at the spigot leaking, told me their standard pricing for spigot replacement is $700. I am left wondering why they bothered to send someone out in the first place, as they were already aware of the standard pricing. They could have simply informed me of the pricing over the phone, allowing me to decide if it was reasonable or not.
Jason came and unclogged our main line this morning, he was very kind answering all my questions. Fabulous customer service and I'm glad we called.
