contacted them about putting in a charger for an electric vehicle. They told me to take pictures of the electrical box and send it to them. I did that and three days later called them to ask if they had any further input. They told me it would take up to ten days to get back to me. Two weeks later I have not heard from them. I wouldn't bother with them. They seem to busy to want to help. Would never call them again

Used them years ago for an outside outlet and the electrician suggested a fix that was easier and cheaper than what we thought we'd have to do. Yay! So of course we called them for our latest problem. Electrician was fine with wearing a mask (thank you for that!), identified the old problem, suggested a minor, no-extra-cost tweak to set the stage for a future upgrade, and commiserated with me about the plumbing problem that precipitated the electrical problem lol. I'll use them again for sure. Thank you, West Side Electric!

Our microwave oven tripped the circuit breaker and I could not reset it, leading me to assume the switch was defective. Someone came out and said the switch needed replacing, but he didn't have the correct part. He was on the phone for some time trying to have the part delivered, but then realized that the switch needed to be first turned off completely before being reset. He should have realized this immediately. Now I've received a bill for $225, their minimum charge for the first hour of service. (This is over 15% increase from what they charged just a few months ago, without alerting me of a price increase.) I was very unhappy about the charge, and called to complain. Their only proposed adjustment was a charge of JUST $150. I've had other companies under similar circumstances void the service charge. I will definitely not call this company again.
