Had my springs break on garage door and was given Thunder name by a friend. Adam showed up on time took the time to explain the situation to me in full and got to work. Adam completed the job in a timely fashion and had his tools and area cleaned up before coming to me with bill to finalize the transaction. Will use company again if need be and will ask for Adam by name to get same professional experience.
The thunder garage technicians, Lucas and Adam, did a tremendous job. Very skilled techs. They worked well together and made the job go smoothly, safely, and most importantly fast.
The technician was able to come out the next day, got the door fixed within 30 minutes of them coming out. Gave a detailed report of what caused the break.
