Their communication is very poor. They have the fake professionalism down really well, but if you ask them simple questions they get offended very easily. I called them asking about doing a sliding glass door install in a wall that didn't have one. I sent them a couple pictures and they gave me a quote of 20,000 dollars. Pretty high from my expectations, but I asked simply "20k for a sliding glass door?" and I originally sent them that email because I was pretty shocked at the prices and they sent like 4 invoices filled with a bunch of stuff I didn't understand. The guy replied but was pretty sarcastic and basically said yeah its more then just a door. I called them trying to get more details because speaking through email was obviously not going to inform me as to why it costs so much and they seemed to be taking what I said the wrong way.
