I can not say enough good things about this company. The woman that scheduled me was so kind, and squeezed us in during a really busy time. They did more than I could have even hoped for. The blower motor in my furnace went out and the whole thing needed to be replaced. I found Ben & Steph through Home Advisor, or they were given my number. I told them I wanted to furnace and AC unit replaced at the same time due to the age of the AC unit. I also had some plumbing work done and was told to have someone look at the duct work under my house because it didn't look good.. They went under my house and took photos of the chaos that was under there. Steph explained everything to me, what options I had and the cost difference between the options. They answer any questions I had. Almost none of the ducting under my house was connected to anything, so for the last 6 years we have been heating and cooling the crawl space! This also caused dust to come up though the vents. This whole time I thought it was my dirty dogs! Also because it nice and warm down there, critters like mice, rates, possums, etc are living their best lives at my expense! They did a fantastic job installed and
