Our commercial real estate leasing company contacted Dakota Roofing to complete the roof replacement on a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Salem which another roofing company had botched, causing damage to the building and to the tenant’s possessions, and then walked away, leaving the job only partially finished. Dakota Roofing was the exact opposite - professional, competent, and thorough. In these terrible circumstances, Dakota Roofing made the project their own and gave us the roof we had originally wanted. Under the leadership of project manager Thomas Brazil, Dakota accurately assessed the problems, completed the job expeditiously, and billed a reasonable price for their superior work. When post-completion tweaks were needed, as would be expected on a project of this magnitude, Dakota responded instantly and worked proactively to resolve all issues. Our only regret is that we didn’t find this outstanding company sooner! It goes without saying that we would enthusiastically hire Dakota

Would not recommend using this contractor. We had a new metal roof installed the job took months longer than was quoted. The roof was eventually finished however our skylights were also supposed to be replaced and that never happened. Would not use this Company again. Service: Roof installation
